Video production guidance & direction
From an idea and message to a finished film: concept development, production planning, professional guidance and feedback. A particular focus on mentoring young people producing work for real clients. Filming and editing can also be included according to the project’s needs.

Four years of collaboration between Hero Media and the Israel Nature and Parks Authority during my leadership — connecting professional production, youth employment and environmental education.
The need
Document educational programs and significant events, communicating the values, people and work behind them.
My role
Lead the professional relationship and mentor students throughout production, connecting the organization’s needs with a meaningful learning and work process.
The students’ work
Produce films for a major organization, taking responsibility for deliverables while developing skills in filming, editing, client service and teamwork.
The outcome
Films supporting the Authority’s work, an ongoing partnership and opportunities for young people to strengthen connections to nature, community and environmental conservation.
The team worked professionally and thoroughly, with admirable creativity and attention to the small details, showing a great deal of care.

05 / MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Connecting people,
ideas and action.
I’m an educational entrepreneur and mentor with experience building programs that connect learning, creativity and real-world work.
My professional journey combines video production and photography, digital project management at Fattal Hotels, television studio technology at Orad, and digital training and consulting. I brought this experience to building educational programs that connect learning, professional responsibility and work with clients.
Between 2019 and 2026, I founded and led Hero Media and the Social Content Creators track at Haifa Social High School. During that time, I taught and mentored over 150 young people in video production and business entrepreneurship, while the team served more than 50 clients. I am currently on sabbatical, having handed over leadership of the track and studio, and now mentor educational entrepreneurship processes through OPEN MIND at Open Valley.
This year I am deepening my knowledge of educational innovation and technology. I am registered for a master’s degree at Gordon Academic College starting in October 2026, and have begun Guy Gutman’s Creative Breakthrough course in AI filmmaking. This is an area of professional development I am building alongside my educational and creative experience.
